Our volunteers are AMAZING.  More than 1,400 volunteers assist in everything that we do each year. You could be one, too!

Seattle Tilth volunteers and interns gain work experience and skills in nonprofit organization, education, volunteer coordination, agriculture, environmental stewardship and more. They have fun contributing to the community and multiply the impact of Seattle Tilth’s education exponentially.

About a hundred volunteers are needed to make our March Edible Plant Sale on March 16 at Pacific Market Center in Georgetown a success. Volunteers help prep plants, set-up, educate customers about plant varieties, check-out, cashier, tear-down and much more. Special call for Ticket Writers – it’s tons of fun! Sign up today

  1. When we were out there I talked to one of the Sith volunteers. I started keeping bees last year and will have 5 hives this year. Can you help me find out what plants are bee friendly? I pretty much walked around looking at plants with bees on them. I am growing a lot of English Lavender this year, along with two 4×8 raised garden beds. Need to get good plants going.
